No. 9 Bloomington South breaks 300 in besting eight other ranked schools at the 24-team Spring Preview at The Legends of Indiana. The Panthers’ 299 is 13 strokes better than No. 13 Center Grove and unranked Columbus North, with No. 7 Evansville Central another shot back in fourth and No. 4 Carmel one more stroke back in fifth. Columbus North’s Tyler Duncan shoots a 67, one shot better than Frank Miller of Bloomington South for medalist honors.

Jacob Bailey of South Central (Union Mills) wins a three-way playoff for medalist honors over Lake Central’s Ryan Schuldt and Ryan Grassel of Chesterton after each shoots a 36.
