A field of 282 boys teams is entered as pairings for the 15th Annual IHSAA Boys Soccer State Tournament Series were drawn Sept. 29 in Indianapolis.
Boys sectional action at 64 sites will be played Thursday, Oct. 9, and Saturday, Oct. 11. Sixteen regionals will host four teams each, with semifinal matches Wednesday, Oct. 15, and championship matches Saturday, Oct. 18. The semistates will be played Saturday, Oct. 25, and the state finals Saturday, Nov. 1, with both using four-team formats.
Defending state champion and top-ranked Evansville Memorial drew the bye in the five-team sectional at Evansville Harrison and will face the Evansville Bosse-Evansville Harrison winner.
