GT&F RANKINGS: FW Concordia, North Central on the rise

The Indiana Association of Track and Cross Country Coaches has released its third poll for the 2010 girls track & field season, and a pair of schools is making headway toward the top of the rankings.

Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran rises into the first five this week in going from eighth to fourth, while North Central (Indianapolis) jumps up from 14th to seventh. The Top 3 from last week, meanwhile – Warren Central, Lawrence Central, and Carmel – remain unchanged.

The IATCCC Top 20 girls teams from April 26:

5. Pike

6. Fort Wayne Northrop

7. North Central (Indianapolis)

8. Lawrence North
